Multi-Family & Single-Family Construction Cleaning

Segur has a strong focus in providing final cleaning services for multi-family, single family, apartments, condominiums, and senior living projects.  With 9 full crews dedicated to these projects, we can handle projects with as many as 400 units in a single location. 

Many GCs rely on our services and have peace of mind that the work will be completed as scheduled, with all the safety requirements in place. 

Our Cleaning Services Include:

• Rough cleaning
• Final cleaning
• Powder Puff cleaning
• Option of an Owner Walk cleaning

Our crews show up on time, get the activities done, and comply with the safety requirements from every job and GC.  Several of our leaders have OSHA training that are very helpful to deal with potential risks at the job site. 

Our team works closely with the PMs and Superintendents to make sure we follow the construction schedule and adapt to the changes in a project.

We also offer additional services that complement the final cleaning mobilizations, as follows:

• Window cleaning, including high rise windows, using rope-descent systems
• VCT waxing
• Power washing for parking garages, hardscapes and sidewalks
• Grout treatment
• Tile and epoxy cleaning
• Exterior garbage collection
